HI-Boston hostel is located in downtown Boston, in the Back Bay area, which boasts some of the best museums and nightlife in the city. The famous Freedom Trail, taking in the historic sights of the American Revolution, is within easy reach. There are 208 beds at HI-Boston and facilities include internet access, kitchen and laundry.

Guests can enjoy daily programs, lectures, films, and workshops at the hostel. A walk along the famous Freedom Trail is the best way to see the sights that played a part in the American Revolution. Stroll around Boston Common, take in a Boston Pops concert and wander through Quincy Market with its food stalls and free entertainment. The hostel is only a few steps away from Fenway Park and from fashionable shopping on Newbury Street.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made at no charge up to 23:59 Boston time the night before arrival. Cancellations after then will be charged for the first night's stay.

Hostelling International USA is a non-profit membership organization. If you are not a HI member you can buy an annual or daily membership at check-in.  Daily memberships for non-HI memers is $3 per night per guest.

Please note that the maximum number of nights that you can stay is 14 nights in any calendar year. Guests under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All guests must show a government issue photo ID at check-in.
